That quote actually makes sense to me. There seems to be so much being fabricated about what is or is not contained in the bill; passing the bill would therefore give concrete information about what it truly encompasses. I doubt she's suggesting that Congress doesn't know what's in it, just that it's subject to media manipulation in its current, unpassed state.

You're right, I think that is the gist of what she's trying to say. But it's also insulting to everybody who does know what's in it and still hates it.
